CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 110(JUD)"An Act relating to driver's                                          
licenses and instructional permits; and providing for an effective date"                            
was read the second time.                                                                           
                                                                                                    
Senators Therriault, Halford, Taylor, Ward, Green, Leman, Wilken,                                   
Cowdery, Ellis, Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent to be                                    
shown as cross sponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so                                   
ordered.                                                                                            
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                    
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                      
objection, it was so ordered.
